Pro Bono Program
TKEG Expat ™ (CH) provides eligible startups with one full year of corporate services at no professional charge. TKEG Expat ™ (CH) believes that Startups should not be limited by founders' fortune, jurisdiction of origin, and access to resources at the outset.
Scope of the Commitment
Where a startup is accepted into the program, TKEG Expat ™ (CH) waives its professional fees for a period of twelve months. During that year we undertake the formation of the company and its ongoing compliance, including the following:
The waiver applies to TKEG Expat ™ (CH)'s professional fees only. Government charges remain payable by the applicant where the relevant jurisdiction imposes them.
Eligible Jurisdictions
The program is currently available in two jurisdictions: the United States and the United Kingdom. Further jurisdictions may be added in due course.
TKEG Expat ™ (CH) has carefully selected the United States and the United Kingdom for starting our Pro-Bono project. According to our experience, these two jurisdictions are the most entry-friendly, cost-efficient, and commerce-environment-ready for global founders. Please note, the program is intended to assist founders in establishing a presence abroad, an applicant may not select their own country/region of residence.

Eligibility
To be considered, an applicant must satisfy each of the following:
- The applicant is an early-stage startup — recently formed, or not yet trading at scale.
- The applicant has not previously incorporated a company in the chosen jurisdiction.
- The founders are resident outside the chosen jurisdiction.
- One pro bono grant is available per founder or founding team.
- The founders are able to complete TKEG Expat ™ (CH)'s standard know-your-client (KYC) and onboarding procedures.
- Admission to the program is at TKEG Expat ™ (CH)'s discretion and remains subject to review and available capacity.
